I’ve ordered from Borboleta a few times now, i was kind of expecting to be disappointed because that’s usually how it goes for me with lash products. But the quality actually feels worth what I paid. Nothing came across as cheap, and it’s lasted better than other stuff I’ve wasted money on before. Shipping was fine too, which was a relief. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I needed help quick, and support got back to me way faster than I expected. They fixed the issue without no runaround, so yeah, I really appreciated it.

The whole training just felt rushed from start to finish. The tone made it seem like we were supposed to keep up no matter what, even when things weren’t being explained clearly. I left more confused than confident, and for the price, I really don’t feel like it was worth it.

I had a mix-up with my order and I was annoyed at first, though maybe I was overreacting a little. I just wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it was going to turn into.

I’ve ordered these lashes a few times now, and the curl has been the same every single time. That’s a big reason I keep coming back, because I don’t have to deal with weird mixed trays or random straighter pieces in the middle. The curl is consistent, the trays are consistent, and it just makes fills so much easier. Shipping was fine too, no complaints there. Overall, I’m happy with them.

I’m usually careful about who I learn from because I don’t want to waste time or pick up the wrong information, but she really knew her stuff. The teaching was clear, easy to follow, and helped me a lot.

Ive heard of Borboleta a bunch before, so I do feel like its probably a legit brand. The site looks decent and nothing really felt sketchy, but Im still not fully sold. I just wish there was more clear info and easier to find reviews from real customers. Not a bad experience, just kind of average for me

I started using the Borboleta adhesive a little while ago, maybe a few weeks back or sometime last month, and it’s been holding up better than a lot of the others I’ve tried. My lashes stay put well through the day, so I’m not constantly checking or fixing them.
It dries fast too, which is a big help when I’m rushing in the morning. I haven’t noticed any weird clumping or lifting so far, and overall I’m really happy with it. I’d definitely buy it again.

I had placed one of my orders when I was already restocking a few other things, so I wasn’t in a huge rush, but I still noticed the delivery experience wasn’t totally consistent.
My first order showed up quickly, which kind of set my expectations. Then the next one took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking just sat there without updating for a few days. I kept checking it more than I probably needed to, usually while drinking coffee in the morning, and it got a little annoying not knowing where it was.
To be fair, customer service did respond when I reached out, and the package did eventually arrive, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I’d still order again because I like the products, but I do wish the shipping was a bit more reliable from order to order.

There are tons of lash trays to pick from, which is great but also kind of overwhelming. I’d love to know what styles everyone else is using because there are so many options!

The class was super helpful, and the trainer was so patient with me, even when I had a bunch of random questions popping into my head. I never felt like I was asking anything silly, which made it way easier to learn. By the end, I felt a lot more confident and actually ready to start taking clients. It was just a really good experience overall

My Borboleta order was mostly right, but one item showed up in a different shade than the one I picked. As someone who’s particular about colors and likes my products to match what I ordered, that was a little frustrating. Shipping was fine and everything else was packed okay, so I didn’t feel like dealing with a return over just one item.
